Overview

Chalet Florence in La Plagne has a great location and allows guests to take in breath-taking views of the surrounding valley from the large balcony. Inside the chalet there is lots of natural light thanks to the floor to ceiling windows. The living area has a warming log fire and lovely little mezzanine area with a large TV complete with surround sound.

The Chalet Florence is located in the centre of the village near to the shops and the local bus stop is only 100 metres away, from here you can access La Plagne Centre. The piste, and ski school meeting point, are only a few minutes' walk from the chalet (400 metres).

Please note that Rooms 8 and 9 are accessed separately to the rest of the chalet with their own external entrance.

Please note that with this chalet operator the chalet host(s) prefer to eat the main course with the guests at dinner. However, if you are booking the chalet for exclusive use and you would rather not have the chalet host dine with you please let us know so that we can make a request that you are not joined for main course by the chalet staff.

Client Comments

" Our chalet host was excellent. She really went out of her way to ensure that we had a lovely holiday. She was also a great cook! We didn't have any problems during our holiday and thought that we got excellent value for the money that we paid. The chalet is in a good location in Plagne 1800. The village hasn't got loads of facilities but we found everything we needed there, and the local bar is excellent! The accommodation in the chalet was very comfortable, we had a double room with a private bathroom and all the other rooms were en-suite. There was plenty of hot water and adequate seating for everyone in the chalet. I had also spoken to Ski Solutions but really preferred the service that I received from Alpine Answers. Claire listened to all of my requirements and called me back with a selection of holidays, all of which would have been fine. She had a good knowledge of the resorts, the chalets and the tour operator which was great. "

Mrs K D

" All connections etc. very smooth, and chalet very comfortable and in good condition. Comfortable and friendly chalet. We were extremely lucky to have it to ourselves (family of 4). I booked with Alpine Answers as you had very good discounts on chalet holidays and Tim persuaded me to book with Alpine Answers rather than our alternative option of Mark Warner. Great holiday, thank you. We did have the chalet all to ourselves which was brilliant, so thank you for suggesting that one. Also, the huge TV went down a real treat with my children (and husband). "

" Very light and spacious. Excellent resort staff. "

" Both Steve & Becky were amazing, very welcoming going out of their way to ensure we had an excellent holiday. They were very approachable & helpful. "
