Chalet Fleur De Neige

" The resort staff were very good and friendly. The chalet itself was good and the resort very good. "

" Chalet was very nice; recently built, to a high standard. Bathrooms were very nice, rooms quite basic, but pleasant and entirely fit for purpose. The sitting area was nice; we all had to badger the staff to get logs for the wood burner. The table was slightly too small for the number of guests in the chalet. There is a five minute walk up the hill after the bus drop off, which might be a bore with children and grandparents. Lucy Ogden (Alpine Answers) was incredibly patient, and was extremely happy to research alternatives, which made me stick with her and Alpine Answers. I didn't get the impression that it was too much trouble. (Thank you Lucy!). Very good knowledge of resorts, and spoke to colleagues with resorts and chalets when she didn't know herself - built up huge trust with me. "
