Hotel Grangettes

The Hotel Grangettes in Meribel is familiar to the UK market as for 20 years it was a chalet hotel with a well-known British package tour operator. During the summer of 2024 this all changed and for the winter 2024-25 season and beyond the property is now run as an official hotel.

The hotel still has a simple, chalet-like feel with bedrooms that are basic yet clean and comfortable. However, brand new beds were installed in all room as part of the relaunch programme of improvements - we know you'll appreciate the extra comfort ensuring you get your sleep ready for a big day on the mountain. All bedrooms come with en-suite facilities, hairdryer, UK TV, and tea & coffee making facilities.

Start your day with a buffet breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options, from eggs and sausages to yoghurt and fruit. Dinner is now 3-courses with a set menu of local and international dishes. Wine and beer are not included in the room rate but are paid for locally.

The excellent location naturally remains. It is just three minutes' walk to the main lift stations and ski school meeting points at La Chaudanne, and in the other direction it is just a four-minute walk to the centre of Meribel.

The hotel has a guest bar and lounge, free Wi-Fi, a heated ski and boot room and there is live music at Jacks Bar, next door, 3 - 5 times a week.
