Despite being centrally located the property is situated on the quiet Seilerwiesenstrasse side street, close to Zermatt railway station, the Gornergrat Railway and the Co-Op shopping centre. The main shopping street, boutiques and the Sunnegga Express are also within walking distance.

The penthouse was redecorated in 2022 and combines contemporary furnishings with traditional wood ceilings and flooring.
