Overview

Chalet Cristal 1 in Val d'Isere is a large chalet building containing 5 separate self-contained chalets in the area of Val d'Isere called La Daille. The Cristal 1 is located on the ground floor of the building and has six bedrooms which all have en suite facilities. Room 6 is accessed from the main entrance hall in the Cristal Residence.

The living area consists of a large open plan living and dining area with a log burning fire and Large French windows which lead out onto a large South facing terrace. From the chalet door it is just 160m to the foot of the slopes and the Funival lift and the foot of the home pistes.

Please note that with this chalet operator the chalet host(s) prefer to eat the main course with the guests at dinner. However, if you are booking the chalet for exclusive use and you would rather not have the chalet host dine with you please let us know so that we can make a request that you are not joined for main course by the chalet staff.

Client Comments

" Accommodation was fine but not exceptional. There was only one pillow per person which was a bit silly. [Alpine Answers: the tour operator have assured us that one pillow per person is not usual.]. "

Mr D E

" Mel and Zach looked after us very well during our week at Chalet Cristal. They were friendly, knowledgeable of the resort and nothing was too much bother for them. Whilst the food was very tasty and there were plenty of vegetables available, we felt that the main course servings of meat and potatoes/rice etc. were small. "
