Chalet Les Terrasses

Chalet Les Terrasses offers comfort and tranquillity in a beautifully renovated, south-facing chalet, designed by a renowned local architect in 2024. The property offers outstanding views over the traditional village of Le Fornet and its picturesque river valley. It is located in one of the sunniest spots in the whole resort and offers beautiful panoramic views from each of the three floors.

The chalet is just 100 metres from the famous Fornet cable car station which accesses the new Vallons gondola and easy access to Pissaillas Glacier in less than 20 minutes. The Chalet Les Terrasses is the perfect option for ski enthusiasts wanting quick access to the legendary Le Fornet ski slopes or families looking for a quieter and good value option.

The main chalet spans three floors and offers almost 400 square metres of internal space including three principal bedrooms, three further double bedrooms, a large children's room (sleeping up to 4), a gym, indoor sauna and private garden. There is also a separate ground floor staff apartment (50 square metres) which can accommodate a further 4 - 6 people. Please note that we do not show photos of the smaller staff apartment but these can be supplied upon request. The decor of the staff apartment is a little more basic than the main chalet. In total the chalet can sleep 15 guests plus an optional apartment for up to 6 staff members.

The ground floor houses a gym with a sauna and direct access to a large garden which transforms into a snowy playground during winter - perfect for children.

To give guests easy access to the chalet there is a safe underground passageway (with stairs) connecting to the level just opposite the Le Fornet cable car station. A private heated ski locker is located along this passageway. The chalet also has a private covered garage located below the ground floor with two private parking spaces.
