Chalet Arabette

Chalet Arabette in Tignes Les Brevieres is a luxurious charming independent chalet, with great views of the mountains and town. The owners of the chalet spent 70,000 euros (2013) bringing the chalet bang up to date. There is now a sumptuous master bedroom and bathroom (with hardly any expense spared) and updated other guest bedrooms. There is also some fabulous outside furniture on the deck - perfect for those sunny afternoons in March and April.

This chalet has lots of storage space and drying areas, a great store for both snowboards and skis plus a large heated boot room and stands. The chalet also has two living areas so great for families or mixed groups. The chalet has wood effect flooring throughout giving the chalet a smart, warm and modern feel. Underfloor heating is a further benefit.

Ground Floor:
Entrance into a large ski/snowboard and boot room with heated boot warmers.
Bedroom 1. Large Master Suite, with large double. Bathroom with toilet bath and separate shower, large mirrors, basin.
Bedroom 2. The smallest of the bedrooms twin/double bed, with shower en-suite and separate toilet.
Bedroom 3. Twin/double bedroom, shower and toilet en-suite.

1st Floor:
Main entrance, hall with fully equipped bar, then, leading to the large open plan lounge with log fire and dining room. There are large windows to the front and side giving panoramic views of the area. Patio doors lead on to the terrace and balcony where the hot tub is situated. The separate kitchen is off the lounge.

2nd Floor:
Landing with doors off to bedrooms and a TV lounge area. So adults and children can have 2 separate areas to relax.
Bedroom 4. Twin/double bedroom en-suite shower and toilet.
Bedroom 5. Twin/double bedroom en-suite and toilet
Bedroom 6. Twin/double bedroom en-suite shower room with separate toilet.
Separate sitting room with TV. This room can be used as an additional bedroom for 2 people, or, would be ideal for a family or 4 friends when combining the next-door bedroom.

The bedrooms have good lighting and many of the bathrooms have recently been renovated. All the beds are new for the 2013/14 season. Please note that although the bedrooms have storage, hanging areas and sets of drawers only the Master double bedroom has a wardrobe.
