" The staff in resort were very good. Available when we wanted them and didn't take up too much of our time. The chalet host (Ros) was excellent. Professional enough to get us all we wanted and complete all her responsibilities well, and took the extra time to chat with us as well and be flexible with the meals, and always checked meal plans with the fussy eaters. It was great to have the chalet host sit with us at dinner. La Rosiere was very good - no queues and quiet slopes. That was because more than half the people are on chair lifts at any one time. "

" The chalet staff (Sarah and Tom) were excellent. Incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They were great with the kids and accommodated all sorts of dietary preferences. We particularly liked the fact that they accompanied us down to the ski shop on the first morning rather than just giving us directions. It was one of the best ski holidays we have had. Everything worked well from the childcare which was really great to the food and skiing. The only blip was the transfers were long particularly with small children - we had been under the impression it would be 2.5 hrs rather than 3-4 hrs. I think the expected airport changed after we booked. The chalet was very good - nice and fresh. Spotlessly clean. We had the smallest apartment in the chalet but it was big enough for our group. I suspect if it was full to capacity it might feel a little crowded in the communal living room / dining / kitchen area. The rooms we had which were 2 adjoining with a shared bathroom worked really well for parents and 2 small children. A kingsize bed would have been nice though! We really enjoyed the resort. Les Eucherts was small but perfectly formed and the main resort of La Rosiere was just a short and very pleasant 20 minute walk away down a path through the trees. I would definitely consider returning. With regard to the skiing we had snow all week except the last day when the sun came out and we finally got over to Italy. This really opened up the ski area and made it ample for our needs. Sarah was outstanding - I had used you previously and was very pleased with the service received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to others. "

" The resort staff were very helpful and informative. We didn't really see the resort manager but we didn't need him, so no bother. Our chalet girls were very friendly. The chalet was comfortable and well placed for the slopes. We enjoyed La Rosiere - it was a lovely small resort with very friendly residents. We enjoyed the torchlight procession, the freestyle ski jumping and ice hockey - all laid on by the resort. "

" Nice chalet close to the slopes. Francesca our chalet staff was lovely, good to chat to in the evenings and at breakfast, a good cook, we felt well looked after. The food was good, although not exceptional but that was down to the company menu choices rather than the ability of the cook. "
