Chalet Roches Noires in the charming hamlet of Le Pre du Four (not far from the centre of La Rosiere) is the perfect option for those seeking an affordable luxury chalet away from the crowds and bustle of a ski resort. This high grade south facing property offers 380 square metres of peaceful alpine living.

The centre of La Rosiere is a 10-minute drive away so this chalet suits those who either have their own car(s) or do not mind using a local bus service (which stops within easy reach of the chalet) to access the ski area and return at the end of the day. The hamlet of Le Pre du Four is a collection of older chalet buildings and some new luxury stand-alone chalets as well as a quaint local church. The south and west facing views are spectacular and there is a real sense of calm and alpine authenticity.

The chalet offers four main guest bedrooms with en-suite facilities and also a children's quad bunk room with an en-suite shower room. It therefore sleeps 8 adults comfortably but can accommodate up to 12 guests as a maximum. There is a lovely Nordic hot bath on the terrace and also an indoor sauna so there are great wellness credentials to be enjoyed. The main living room has enormous floor to ceiling windows which let in lots of light and give views of the sunsets. There is also a separate cinema room, laundry facilities and a garage with electric charge point.
