The Residence

The Residence at The Severins Alpine Retreat is very simply a luxurious and extremely spacious chalet for up to 8 people in 4 beautiful private bedrooms. With a floor space of 423 square metres over two floors there is ample space to indulge in the luxurious surroundings. With a host of amazing facilities, both private to the chalet and shared with the boutique hotel, The Residence is a fantastic option for a family or small group of friends looking to experience everything that a luxury holiday in Lech has to offer.

The upper floor of the chalet houses the main living areas. Contemporary furniture and funky local artwork adorn the stylish lounge that brings a traditional chalet feel to the present day. There is a classy, two-sided fireplace and giant TV to lay about in front of but the standout feature has to be the majestic grand piano that ties the room together with a touch of elegance. On the other side of the fireplace you will find the kitchen and dining area of The Residence. A smart dining table comfortably sits eight, with a sleek, modern kitchen close by and an additional corner dining area that would be perfect for children or a more informal dining experience. Head out onto the balconies for some postcard-worthy views of the snowy mountain landscape.

On the lower floor, there is a state of the art cinema room and on the terrace there is a hot tub to soothe your aching muscles after a day on the slopes.

There are four delightful double bedrooms in The Residence, spread between the two floors of the chalet. The most special of all is the master bedroom suite which has a freestanding bathtub, separate shower room, sitting area and fireplace. Three additional double bedrooms of various sizes come complete with en-suite bath or shower rooms.

Guests staying at The Residence also have the luxury of all the shared facilities of the boutique hotel, Severins Alpine Retreat. The hotel spa is almost as big as the entire Residence! Facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and waterfall features, multiple saunas, a steam room and gym. There is also a hotel restaurant, and a lounge and bar for some sociable get togethers as well as a wine cellar with a fine selection to choose from. Not only that but you will also benefit from the same luxury services that guests of the hotel are provided with, all while staying in the privacy of your own chalet.

At The Residence you will have one private car parking space in the Severins Alpine Retreat's garage and a heated ski locker for your equipment in the ski room.

Prices are for exclusive use of The Residence to include daily breakfast service plus full use of the hotel facilities, spa and driver shuttle service.
