Established in 2006, First Tracks Ski Coaching ESI, is a team of around 30 ski instructors, 5 snowboard instructors and 2 mountain guides - all are fully qualified with years of experience. They have built a strong reputation due to the emphasis that they place on customer satisfaction. Their team is highly multicultural and includes French, Italian, British and Slovenian nationals. Their instructors and guides all speak at least two languages, and often more.

First Tracks specialise in private lessons and private guiding for individuals, families, friends, small groups and corporate groups. They teach skiing, snowboard, freestyle, ski touring, télémark, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, off-piste / back country, as well as ice climbing etc.

First Tracks believe that "small is beautiful" and for them, the family-size team of fully qualified instructors and mountain guides, help ensure a caring personalised service for all their clients.

New for winter 2025-26 is the 'Maxi Day'. This is a product designed for passionate skiers wanting to ski from first to last lift! No more tight schedules or worrying about missing the last gondola home. Ski from the first run to the very last.
