Chalet D'Adrien

The Chalet d'Adrien in Verbier is located next door to the old Savolyeres Gondola station (de-commmissioned in April 2026) above the resort centre. For many decades the Chalet d'Adrien has been one of Verbier's most distinctive boutique hotels, combining the intimacy of a private alpine chalet with the polish of a world-class luxury retreat. A member of Relais & Châteaux collection, the hotel is celebrated for its warm, traditional mountain character with use of aged timber, stone fireplaces, antique furnishings and rich fabrics, all balanced with refined five-star service.

With sweeping views across the resort centre and main valley, Chalet d'Adrien feels wonderfully secluded yet remains accessible. With just 29 individually designed bedrooms and suites, it has an intimate atmosphere that sets it apart from larger luxury hotels. Each room is deeply rooted in Alpine style, offering a sense of comfort and authenticity rather than formality.

Dining is very much central to the stay experience. The hotel's acclaimed restaurant, La Table d'Adrien, has long been a gastronomic destination in its own right, known for sophisticated cuisine inspired by local Swiss cuisine as well as dishes from France and Italy, while restaurant Le Grenier offers a more rustic and convivial take on mountain dining. Food, wine and hospitality are woven into the hotel's identity, giving it a distinctly cultivated yet welcoming feel.

What makes Chalet d'Adrien so special is not simply its facilities but its atmosphere - quietly luxurious, deeply personal and unmistakably Alpine. It appeals to guests looking for understated elegance rather than showy glamour.
