Alpengold Hotel

The AlpenGold Hotel in Davos (formerly known as the InterContinental) is situated at an altitude of 1,600m in a beautiful lakeside setting within the spectacular Graubünden Alps. The 216 spacious and perfectly equipped rooms offer beautiful mountain and valley views. A modern and warm atmosphere is reflected throughout the hotel, creating a calm, elegant, undisturbed, and cosy ambiance.

The hotel, known locally as the 'golden egg' plays a prominent role in the annual World Economic Forum held in January. However, in addition to a fully equipped conference centre, the hotel offers three restaurants and two bars. Dinners can either be booked on a half board basis, or guests can eat a la carte. The kitchens provide a wide range of culinary experiences from high-quality Italian through to tasty tapas.

The Mini Club welcomes children up to 12 years of age. They can enjoy an adventurous and engaging environment designed especially for our younger guests. During the winter season, professional and caring supervision ensures a relaxing and worry-free experience for the whole family. A varied and regularly updated entertainment program invites children to take part in creative activities such as arts and crafts, painting, and games with their new-found friends.

Supervision: Daily from 9.00hrs - 21.00hrs during the winter season.
Babysitting: Private babysitting services are available upon request and must be booked in advance. An additional charge applies.

The Teens Club provides a stylish and relaxed space for older children and teenagers to hang out, socialise, and enjoy age-appropriate entertainment. Highlights include a private cinema, gaming stations, and interactive activities designed to keep teens engaged throughout their stay.

During the winter season, a scheduled shuttle service operates between the Hotel and the AlpenGold Snow Lounge at the Parsenn lift station, as well as the Jakobshorn cable car station. Transfers to other locations are available upon request and subject to availability.

Children under the age of 18 years old can stay free of charge when sharing a room with two paying adults. Only breakfast is charged extra.
