The Hotel Beausejour celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2014 but in its old age the hotel has undergone something of a rebirth as a result of its current energetic, young owners. Sophie and Philippe Zurkirchen have indeed breathed new life into the Beau Sejour and there is now an exciting new vibe at the hotel which combines traditional hotel hospitality with a contemporary art gallery, interior design boutique and cafe (all run by Sophie who is also an interior designer as well as artist).
The hotel is situated on the main street - right in the heart of pretty Champery. It is a short 4 minute walk to the cable car station (400 metres) and offers fantastic views of the Dents du Midi mountain range.
Sophie and Philippe welcome you to the Beausejour hotel. Enjoy their hospitality, the cosy roaring log fire and the delightful cakes that are served at tea time.
Not really a hotel but more like a chalet; friendly, homely and totally relaxed.

There are 20 rooms which are all unique and individually decorated. As in a traditional Swiss chalet the use of wood makes the atmosphere somewhere between modern hotel and rustic mountain home. Rooms come complete with radio, TV, telephone and minibar. There are two different playrooms for children complete with books, games, toys, movies and videop games.
There is a Half Board option whereby guests can 'dine around' the village using selected restaurants. The supplement per person is approximately 25 gbp per night.
