Overview
The words, 'luxury boutique hotel and spa' sum this little find perfectly. As soon as you enter the lobby you know you have found something special as you get a feeling of warm hospitality, attention to the minutest detail and where it very quickly becomes clear that everything centres on the guest.
The hotel is a perfect marriage between old traditions and modern styles, where 20 bedrooms, some with fireplace, are set in calming natural colours and offer a special and soft hospitality. Each bedroom is different from the other and has been decorated using high quality fabrics and reflect themes such as seasons and mythology.
The reception area is rather unusual and escapes the stereotype of a hotel. The lounge with its large fireplace creates a very welcoming area where you can sit and relax amongst warm blankets to chat, read a book, sip a Marzemino or a cup of tea. The 'Stube da Tiz' is a warm nest of antique Trentino pine, where you can meet with interesting people or you can let yourself be tempted by our delicious mountain dishes. In the restaurant 'Deodat de Dolomieu' the fireplace is lit first thing in the morning and our guests are welcomed by the warm glow of the fire. The main a la carte restaurant is very popular amongst locals so booking a table is essential.
Hotel guests have free use of the Spa Panta Rei. Here you will find the 'flow' pool and hydro massage; Finnish sauna and a herbal Turkish bath; ice waterfall; hot and cold showers with colour therapy; salt cave with Himalayan salt on the walls; saline waterfall, and salty water atomizers. The cave is also equipped with water beds, colour and music therapy. In the Beauty Centre you will be able to let yourself be cuddled by expert hands and to choose the most effective treatments made of both Thalasso products and phyto elements.
All in all this is a fantastic little hotel and would be the perfect place to stay if you want to impress a loved one or a dear friend.
In our opinion this is the best hotel in the resort. Modern in style, yet traditional in spirit. The food is out of this world so half board is recommended, but don't expect to return home the same weight.

" Beautiful place, fantastic food, great spa facilities, welcoming service. Exceeded expectations. Great for a long weekend, maybe a bit on the small side for a full week but there are neighbouring resorts to visit which we did not have time to venture to. I booked with Alpine Answers as you have good knowledge of resorts/accommodation. Your website is good for a real feel of accommodation available. " Pros: -- Very friendly and helpful staff -- Nicely decorated rooms -- Excellent food and wait staff -- Nice small pool area with steam room, sauna and salt room heavily used by all of the family -- Spa services onsite with very good deep tissue massage (my daughter had a teen facial and liked it, too) -- Daniel the van driver was quick and efficient with our equipment and drop-offs/pick-ups -- They made a lovely cake for my daughter's 17th birthday! Cons: -- Bathrooms not very private due to glass doors, which is especially a problem when someone gets up in the middle of the night and turns on the light -- The 4-course dinners were a bit too fancy and drawn out for our teenagers. We had to make modifications or substitutions at times, and ended up ordering too much wine since there were (usually) big gaps between courses! (This was more a problem the next day when trying to get up and ski!!) -- Would have liked a hot Jacuzzi -- their Jacuzzi blends into the small pool, so the temperature is more tepid, but this is a very minor "complaint"! Alpine Answers offers that specialty, relationship-based service that is hard to find nowadays. You listened to my needs and were able to provide an excellent holiday package with very short-term notice. Your experience and expertise made all the difference in selecting the right resort, hotel, flights, etc. The whole family had an excellent time, so THANK YOU! "
