Overview
The Hotel Hermitage is situated in the quietest part of town, set amongst trees with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The building is a handsome mix of granite and timber, its slate tiled roof and carved timber detailing are immaculate giving the impression of style and taste. The interior follows suit; the lobby is big, comfortable and filled with light and its huge fireplace is always burning. La Chandelle restaurant is equally spacious with fantastic views of the Matterhorn.
The bedrooms make a pleasant change from many alpine hotels in that they are very spacious and many have their own sitting room complete with fireplace. One word to describe the Hotel Hermitage is warmth - warm colours, warm materials and warm lighting.
The spa at the Hermitage is impressive with heated swimming pool, hot tubs, a Technogym fitness area, emotional shower, sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation zone.
The finest hotel in the resort offering luxury accommodation, superb food and professional service. Rooms are stunning!

Client Comments
" The Hotel Hermitage is a great small hotel: the staff are extremely service minded, and their transfer service to/from lift and restaurants works very well. The rooms are decent, the fitness area is reasonably well equipped and the spa facilities well fit for purpose. The lobby/bar area is great for socialising and could be the setting for an Agatha Christie novel. We had a great time there. "
