Overview
Hotel Anemones is located in the centre of Lech, close to the ski lifts. Rooms are comfortable and furnished to a high standard. They all have en-suite facilities with separate WC, TV, mini-bar, safe, telephone and most rooms have a balcony with seating area. There are also a few suites, single rooms and apartments (which have a kitchen area) available. Cuisine will be traditional Austrian and International meals. There are a few leisure and wellness facilities to use at the hotel also including a sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi.
As far as 4 star hotel in Lech go this is not the smartest however, the price reflects this. The hotel takes short stays and the rooms, food and service are all more than adequate. Location is a plus as it is practically ski-in ski-out.

Client Comments
" We thought the hotel was very friendly and enjoyable. The room we had was very large and pleasant. Internet was a little bit annoying because you had to get a voucher thing from reception which only lasted for a certain amount of time but I imagine most people going skiing don't really care about that - it only mattered to us because we were both doing work first thing in the morning. The food was excellent and nicely varied every night. Although there was an international buffet on our first night which sounded very dodgy, actually even that was excellent! The bar was pretty small and we didn't really spend any time drinking there as we tended to go out before dinner to sample some of the other excellent bars in town. Overall we thought it was a perfectly decent hotel, pretty well located especially once we had worked out how to ski in and out by crossing the road and walking through the neighbouring hotel's car park to get to the nearest slope. The family running the place were all really friendly which made for a pleasant atmosphere and an enjoyable stay. "

" Very good food and nice rooms, of a good size and easy access to and from the slopes (if you can ski). Hotel was family friendly and generally pretty quiet after 9.30pm. This suited us fine but would possibly prefer to be someone closer to the main street in Lech, just in case we fancied popping out after dinner. Once we discovered the bus connections, we realised that this is a very extensive ski area. Very pretty and pleasant and well maintained pistes. Great restaurants for lunch. I wanted to book a last minute holiday for only 3 people and I knew that you could tailor something especially for us. This service was very personalised and efficient. "
