Chalet Zen And Penthouse

This listing is made up of two separate properties which can be booked together for larger parties up to 16 guests. The larger property is the three floor Chalet Zen which sleeps 8 - 10 guests. Next door is the Penthouse Zen which sleeps a further 6 guests.

The properties are located up a short flight of steps (not suitable for the elderly or very young) which rise up a short distance from the Zen Steckenstrasse. The Klein Matterhorn lift station is one minute walk away and the bottom of the home piste is even closer. These properties are as close to ski in ski out as you can get in Zermatt.

Both properties are owned together and managed by an English manager based in resort year-round. They offer a thoroughly traditional and comfortable experience with service of the highest order. Most of the en-suite bathrooms have bath rather than shower and six of the seven bedrooms offer south facing balconies and views of the Matterhorn Mountain.

With a charming, professional English manager/host (who lives in Zermatt as a permanent resident), a dedicated housekeeping team and professional chef, Chalet Zen combines supreme comfort and privacy with the highest quality of service.

We feature the chalet with daily continental breakfast included. However, it can be booked with the services of a chef and hostess to provide daily afternoon teas and 6 x dinners with complimentary wines. The additional cost for this is 20,000 CHF for the week for 14 guests (extra cost for additional guests).
