Chalet No.14 in Verbier is one of the biggest and most impressive chalets available to rent in Verbier. This chalet was formerly a hotel but in 2010 underwent a multimillion pound renovation carried out by David Pearson, the English owner. David has been involved with luxury chalets in Verbier for many years now and certainly knows how to create a luxury space.
To achieve the highest levels of luxury David teamed up with Verbier's leading architect and one of London's very best interior designers. The result of this is understated, contemporary alpine style. A mix of calm colours, traditional wooden beams, stone and custom made furniture make this property one of the best places to come back to after a day on the slopes. The chalet can sleep up to 28 guests in thirteen bedrooms although the usual max capacity is 26 guests - two people to a room. The chalet is normally taken on an exclusive use basis but on some weeks of the season the chalet is opened up to be booked by the room.
One of the main highlights of this chalet is the spa which has a large ten metre swimming pool, plunge pool, steam room and hot tub all finished in the grey stone seen elsewhere in the property. Outside the chalet has plenty of space to enjoy the late season sun, there is a decked terrace which has fantastic views over the valley below and a hot tub where guests can enjoy a glass of champagne and watch the sun go down.
For those who like their movies, No.14 boasts a home cinema with an oversized U shaped sofa. This entertainment room also has the latest games consoles and a selection of children's toys and games.
All of the bedrooms here have been furnished in the same style as the rest of the chalet with many luxury furnishings. The master bedroom is located on the top floor of the property under the eaves of the chalet, this room has its very own hot tub on the balcony from which the views are quite incredible. The other rooms include two further suites, family rooms, which can accommodate an extra child in each.
The chalet operator will make sure you are properly looked after here with 14 dedicated staff. Most of the staff will have worked in Verbier for at least one year previously and some for many years. The chefs will have cooked in some of the best restaurants in the world and menus will be carefully designed to cater for all tastes or requirements from the group.
The two hotel managers know Verbier inside and out and have a wealth of information which they are always happy to share with you. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Massages or other treatments can be organised at any time with our in house masseuse.
Although No.14 is only a seven minute walk from the Place Centrale, there is always a chauffeured 4x4 vehicle to take you in and around Verbier, any time of the day or night.

David Pearson (ex-owner of Ski Verbier) unleashed considerable expenditure and design prowess into the former Rois Mages Hotel to create No.14 Verbier. The number of bedrooms was reduced to create larger rooms and suites and the communal areas have been given the new Alpine chic make-over treatment. Downstairs there is a wonderful spa and the large deck has one of the best hot tubs in the Alps. If you are after modern style, professional service and a warm atmosphere then look no further.
