The Apartment Marmotte Penthouse is a spacious property located in a stunning position overlooking the heart of Verbier. It is approximately a five-minute walk from the nearest piste and only a little further to either the Place Centrale or Medran lift station.

Combining contemporary interior style with the traditional alpine materials of wood and stone, it provides very comfortable accommodation for families and groups in a central resort location.

The main living space is arranged in an open-plan layout, incorporating the sitting room, dining area and kitchen. A wood-burning fireplace forms the focal point of the room, while large windows allow plenty of natural light and framed west facing views of the surrounding mountains.

The dining table seats up to ten guests, and the fully equipped kitchen includes high-specification appliances and a breakfast bar with additional seating. A generous balcony extends from the living area and is furnished for outdoor relaxation, with mountain views across Verbier.

The principal bedroom is located on the main floor and features a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, double washbasins, and access to a shared balcony. The upper floor offers a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony access, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and double washbasins, a quad bunk room suitable for up to four children or two adults, and an additional shared bathroom. All bedrooms are finished in a warm alpine style and provide ample storage. On the mezzanine level, there is a children's twin bedroom, a TV snug and a small office area.

Guests also have access to a private wellness area located on the lower floor of the building, featuring a sauna and hammam. A dedicated ski room with boot warmers and storage space is available for ski equipment. Both the spa and ski room are private to the apartment and are situated two floors below the main apartment.
