Whether you prefer a traditional cedar sauna or a sleek, modern design, a sauna is the perfect way to relax aching muscles, soothe tired joints, and recover from a full day of skiing—or an afternoon of après-ski. Exercise physiologist Tom Holland highlights that saunas "eliminate toxins through sweat, ease joint pain, improve circulation, and strengthen the immune system." For safety, it’s recommended to spend no longer than 15–20 minutes per session.
