Chalet Invictus

Chalet Invictus is a stunning new build chalet sitting on the south facing sunny slopes immediately above Selva Val Gardena, Italy. The winter 2026-27 will be the opening winter season for the chalet which is surely set to become one the most sought-after luxury chalets in Italy.

The bottom of the nursery slopes is just 200 metres from the chalet (where there is a private ski locker for the guests) and the centre of vibrant Selva is just 5 - 6 minutes' walk away. It is hard to describe just how stunning the views from this property will be. At the moment we have no photos (these will follow) but the elevated position overlooks the centre of resort and southwards towards the stunning mountain scenery of the UNESCO Heritage Site of the Dolomites. The balconies on each floor, two of the bedrooms and the large glazing of the upper floor sitting and dining rooms take full advantage of what nature has provided.

On the lower floor of the chalet is a fabulous spa and wellness suite with indoor/outdoor swimming pool, hammam, Finnish sauna (with panoramic window), relaxation area and superb TechnoGym fitness room with free weights, and machines (runners and bike).

The service on offer with the chalet is Bed & Breakfast along with daily housekeeping and an in-resort concierge service. The owners of the chalet also run the Rusctlea Restaurant (700 metres away) and can arrange for dinner deliveries if required (extra cost).
