Apartment 107 Aquila

The Aquila Residence in Val d'Isere is a ski in/ski out property in a fantastic location right at the end of the slopes of the Rond Point area. The apartment is very close to the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars and a short walk to the resort centre and the many shops and restaurants. The bus stop that links all the Val d'Isere areas is right by the chalet as well.

Apartment 107 Aquila is split over two floors. The first three bedrooms are on the first floor as you enter the apartment. The Master Suite is a spacious bedroom with bedside tables, chest of drawers, built in wardrooms and a dressing table. There is an en-suite bathroom with a full size bath and double sinks as well as a separate shower in the opposite corner.

Bedroom 3 can be a triple or a double/twin. This room is en-suite and has a bath with a wall mounted shower, large sink and WC. Bedroom 4 can be either a double or a twin (this room does not have a window). The bedroom is en-suite with double sinks, a shower and a WC.

Up onto the second floor is the open plan living area which can comfortably seat up to 8 people. There is a large flat screen Smart TV. The dining area is part of the same room and is close to the kitchen. The modern kitchen is to your right, and has a breakfast bar set up with three bar stools. It is well equipped and has a 4 ring electric hob, large fridge, normal size electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.

From the living area, you can access the balcony that looks up at the Solaise and over the nursery slopes towards to the village. A further balcony facing the same way can be found off Room 2, which is also located on the second floor.
