Covid Cancellation policy: If the holiday is cancelled due to COVID the following options are available with the operator: a) Receive a refund of all payments made (deposit and balance payment) minus an admin fee of 150 euros or 2% of the total booking price whichever is the lower. OR b) Defer the booking to later date during the 2021/22 or 2022/23 winter season. (Please note that additional costs apply if the new holiday is more expensive.) Cancellation window: Between 15 days and 7 days prior to your holiday start date. Cancellations may only be made under the operator's 'Flexi-Covid' offer if at least one of the restrictions stated below are in place 15 days prior or less to your booking start date, and that these restrictions relate solely to Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) or severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-COV-2) or any mutation or variation of these and only if your travel and cancellation insurance does not cover your cancellation reason: - If the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office or the equivalent government body of your country of origin advise against travel (including nonessential travel) to your destination. - If you are required to quarantine upon arrival into the resort destination (Saint-Martin-de-Belleville), due to the laws and regulations of the French government. - If you are required to quarantine upon return to your country of origin from the resort destination (Saint-Martin-de-Belleville), due to the laws and regulations of the relevant government. - If the chalet you have booked or the resort or Saint Martin de Belleville has been forced to close due to the laws and regulations of the French Government, as well as any other local or public authority. - If France has closed its borders or is otherwise denying entry to visitors. Please note: Alpine Answers will retain 2% of the total holiday cost to cover operational costs if opting for a full cash refund.
Chalet Pic Blanc is a lovely, bright and beautifully furnished three floor property in St Martin de Belleville. As is the current trend the main living, dining and kitchen area is on the upper second floor. Large windows on three sides of this floor let in the light and offer lovely far-reaching views and the open fireplace invites guests to spend warm and cosy evenings with friends or family. The covered sun terrace which is accessed from the living area is the ideal place to enjoy an après-ski drink in the afternoon sun.
There are four guest bedrooms on the first floor: two fixed doubles, and a twin/double (which can be made up either way) and a quad bunk bed room that both share a separate bathroom. On the lowest floor of the chalet there is a 5th bedroom with access to a private terrace and a private shower room with wc.
The chalet has a superb location just over one minutes' walk (130 metres) from the bottom of the home piste and the main gondola station. The property also enjoys a quiet location, offers lovely views and is also only a couple of minutes' walk from the centre of the resort.
All necessary resort amenities such as the ski pass office, equipment rental shops, ski school meeting points, beginner slopes, a couple of day-time restaurants/bars as well as a small supermarket are situated within a 200 metres radius.
Just a very short walk from the bottom of the piste, ski school meeting point and the main lift station. Combined with modern comfort, high quality décor and great views. Chalet pic Blanc is always hugely popular. Early booking highly recommended.
