Chalet La Rive in Morzine is a thoughtfully designed chalet that combines contemporary architecture with high-quality finishes with a strong connection to its natural surroundings. Located close to the centre of Morzine on the Route des Udrezants, it offers a peaceful riverside setting while remaining within easy walking distance of the resort's restaurants, bars and amenities which are just 4 minutes away on foot.

The interior spaces have been carefully considered throughout, with bespoke details, quality furnishings and custom-made ceramics by local artist Grace Frost of Loko Ceramics. The chalet makes imaginative use of space, with varying ceiling heights, split levels and large windows creating a sense of openness that feels larger than the chalet's footprint suggests. The main living area is centred around a spacious lounge with large windows overlooking the river and wooded banks beyond.

A well-equipped kitchen forms a sociable hub of the chalet, with ample space for cooking, dining and spending time together. A window seat beside the kitchen provides a particularly attractive spot from which to enjoy the views. A second sitting room on the upper floor offers a quieter space for reading, conversation or relaxing by the suspended fireplace.

The chalet accommodates up to 10 guests. Three principal bedrooms are finished to a high standard, two benefiting from en-suite shower rooms. At the top of the chalet, two mezzanine sleeping pods provide additional accommodation. Accessed by fixed ladders, these cosy spaces feature king-size beds and fitted storage, making them ideal for older children, teenagers or adventurous adults.

Practical features have also been well considered, including a dedicated office nook, connected speakers, ambient lighting and a range of modern conveniences designed to make longer stays comfortable.

Outside, a private courtyard garden extends the living space, while the riverside hot tub provides an excellent place to relax after a day on the mountain. The sound of the river and surrounding woodland create a surprisingly tranquil atmosphere despite the chalet's proximity to the resort centre.

Two ski-bus routes are easily accessible, providing convenient access to the lifts, and the chalet benefits from two private parking spaces for guests arriving by car. Ideal for groups of six to eight guests, while retaining the flexibility to accommodate up to ten, Chalet La Rive is a stylish and well-executed chalet offering a distinctive alternative to more traditional Alpine properties.
