Chalet Bisou

Chalet Bisou in Morzine was completed in summer 2026 and offers a contemporary luxury alternative to the traditional Alpine chalet.

Designed by local architect Christophe Bondaz, the property occupies three adjoining plots, allowing for a spacious, low-rise design that prioritises light, open living areas, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. In all the chalet offers 1,000 square metres of internal space.

A defining feature of the chalet is its use of exposed architectural concrete, which is balanced by floor-to-ceiling windows giving panoramic south and west facing mountain views. The main living area on the upper floor is particularly impressive, with generous proportions, abundant natural light, and interiors inspired by mid-Century Italian design.

The chalet accommodates up to 15 guests across seven bedroom suites (all on the same floor), each combining modern styling with high levels of comfort. The thoughtful layout creates a sense of space while also providing quieter areas for relaxation.

The wellness facilities include a 15-metre indoor swimming pool with sliding glass walls that open onto the outdoors, alongside a dual-purpose sauna/steam room, well-equipped gym, treatment room, and private cinema room.

Designed as two interconnected buildings rather than a single large structure, Chalet Bisou sits discreetly within its elevated mountain setting. The result is a distinctive modern mountain home that combines striking architecture with exceptional comfort and views.

The centre of Morzine is just under 1km away so guests can walk in should they wish but there is an on-call driver service which runs until late making access and return from the lifts or the shops and bars very easy.
