At the same time it offers a calm and relaxed atmosphere - slightly removed from the immediate hustle of the town centre.

The property sleeps up to 8 adults and 4 children in four beautiful en-suite bedrooms. Stunning views of Pleney and the Morzine valley greet you from every window. Take time to appreciate the ever-changing shades and textures of the mountain from your comfortable queen sized bed, or take a coffee out onto the balcony and watch the sunrise.

Each of the four bedrooms is beautifully curated. Matt black finishes and bold lines create a sleek, minimalist feel. Combined with wooden architecture and classic Alpine features, the overall effect is neat and elegant rooms. Moving up to the communal spaces, crisp modernism meets alpine chic throughout the large open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas.
