Overview

Brand new to Méribel for the 2026-27 winter season, Chalet Apartment 101 is a 200 square metre, ski-in/ski-out luxury apartment located within the ALBA Residence at the Rond-Point des Pistes.

The Super U supermarket, Intersport equipment shop, restaurants, and popular après-ski venues (including 'The Ronnie') are all almost on your doorstep meaning the property offers convenient access to both the slopes and resort amenities.

The apartment accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and features a contemporary alpine style interior with reclaimed timber finishes.

The open-plan living and dining area is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, while a separate TV room provides additional space to relax. The west facing 130 square metre private terrace is accessed from the main living area and includes an outdoor hot tub with views towards the Tougnette Massif. Guests also have access to the ALBA Residence's shared wellness/spa facilities which includes an indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room.
