Overview
The Chalet Les Demoiselles Jacquanes is an exciting new property added to our site spring 2026. Nearly two and a half centuries after it was first built this iconic and historic building in the centre of La Clusaz has been totally remodelled. Today it offers state of the art comfort and spa facilities yet the heritage and charm of the ancient building has been very much retained.
The project to renovate the Chalet Les Demoiselles Jacquanes began Spring 2024 with the meticulous dismantling of the old heritage farmhouse (originally built in 1784) in order to preserve its authenticity. Each wooden beam was carefully removed by local craftsmen, treated and reassembled to offer a high-end accommodation which combines traditional charm and modern comfort.
The chalet now offers 680 square metres of internal space with seven guest bedrooms sleeping up to 14 guests. The property is bristling with style and luxury but it also offers an unbeatable location just one minute walk from the main lift station and the charming La Clusaz village centre.
The chalet offers fantastic views over the centre of the resort and its beautiful church towards the Aravis ski area. The large sun deck/terrace is also where you will find the hot tub that enjoys the same fabulous views.
The cinema room is dedicated to comfort and viewing immersion. Equipped with a high-performance audio system, a professional screen and a Netflix subscription, it is ideal for evenings in with the family or friends.
The chalet is blessed with state of the art 'wellness' facilities: 24 square metre indoor heated swimming pool; 10 square metre glass fronted sauna; steam room and ice fountain to stimulate your circulation; and an outdoor hot tub heated to 38 degrees with fantastic views over the historic centre of La Clusaz. There is also a treatment room and a 20 square metre gym complete with rowing machine, treadmill and bike - complete with wall mounted screen can also be used as a television or to follow online courses, personalized programmes.
