Situated on the ground floor of the residence, the apartment combines traditional Alpine styling with modern amenities and enjoys a peaceful village setting with open views across the private garden area and beyond.

Spanning 53 square metres of internal space, the apartment features an open-plan living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen (complete with raclette and fondue set), a dining space and sitting room area. Accommodation includes one double bedroom and a second bedroom that can be configured as either a double or twin room. A separate shower room and separate wc provide added convenience for a family or two couples.

A private terrace offers outdoor space with panoramic valley views. Guests also benefit from a private ski room and a covered parking space.

Located within an easy, flat walk of the Courchevel Le Praz Gondola, the apartment provides direct access to the Courchevel and wider Three Valleys ski area.

The chalet managers are pet friendly and can accept pets upon request depending on their size and if they are 'well educated'.
