Mountain Spa Residence - 2 Bed Superior

The Mountain Spa Residence in St Anton is a first-rate modern development with serious eco credentials and a luxurious spa. Set in a quiet area at the top of the Nasserein area it has commanding south facing views across the meadows.

There are in total 29 apartments within the residence, most of which have two bedrooms and sleep 4 - 6 guests. There are also a few one-bedroom units and several three-bedroom apartments as well as one four-bedroom luxury penthouse property. The property we feature here on our site is a Superior category two-bedroomed apartment of approximately 70 square metres. It offers two Austrian twin bedrooms and two bathrooms (please note the bath and shower room configuration varies a little from apartment to apartment). Each property offers a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting room with Smart TV.

The communal 600 square metre spa area is luxurious and designed for guests who take their wellbeing and relaxation seriously. As well as the indoor/outdoor swimming pool there is a Finnish sauna, separate bio sauna, steam room and massage/treatment room. There are numerous pampering sessions that can be booked through the concierge desk for the ultimate body recharging experience.

As well as the spa there is also a restaurant in the residence, 1978 St Anton (named after Ingemar Stenmark's most successful ski racing year), where guests can eat dinners. This is Scandinavian owned (under separate management to the main residence) and serves tasty, casual bistro style dinners from 17.00hrs onwards.

Guests can easily access the skiing and return at the end of the day using the free minivan shuttle service which operates mornings and afternoons (Sunday to Friday) between the main residence building and the Nassereinbahn gondola station.

The architects who designed the Mountain Spa Residence were given the brief to ensure that carbon footprint of the building should be as small as possible without compromising comfort. It therefore has an independent green hydro power electricity supply and uses over 90% LED lighting throughout. All windows are triple glazed and there are smart sensors for lighting and doors, and 'smartsystems' for apartment keycards.
