For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the 'Promoter' refers to Alpine Answers (@alpineanswers) and the 'Collaborator' refers to Panda Optics (@pandaoptics). The 'Prize' refers to: one pair of Panda Optics Dual Vision adult goggles with magnetic toric polarised lens (retail value of £160.00).
By entering this competition, you will be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11.59pm on Thursday 10th October 2024. Three winners will be selected at random by the Promoter on Friday 11th October 2024 and they will be notified on or soon after this date.
Entrants must be at least 18 years old on the date of their entry, and a UK resident.
This promotional giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
Only one entry per account will be accepted.
Each entrant shall be entered into the competition via Instagram by:
i) liking the official giveaway post.
ii) tagging another account in the comment section of the official post.
iii) following the Promoter's official Instagram account.
iv) following the Collaborator's official Instagram account.
The Prize will be awarded to three randomly selected winners, who have entered via Instagram, using a random number generator.
The winner will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram from the official @alpineanswers Instagram account.
The winners will have 72hrs to claim their Prize. If the prize(s) are not claimed within this period, a new winner will be drawn at random using the same process.
The Promotor will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promotor takes no responsibility for entries which are delayed, incomplete or invalid.
The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferrable and non-changeable.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, with or without notice.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winners must be provided to the Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prizes.
The winnning names and social media usernames may be posted on the social media profiles of the Promoter and Collaborator, after the winners have been selected.
