Season 2020-2021: If you book a holiday and it includes a flight then you have booked a package holiday and you are protected by the Package Travel Regulations. This means that if your accommodation cannot be provided you are either offered an alternative of the same quality, or a cash refund, or the chance to book again at a later date. As we have seen from experience any monetary refund may take a few months to be paid out but in the interim period your money is protected by the ATOL scheme. Bookings made 01st Feb 2021 onwards: If you cannot travel because of government travel restrictions and you choose to have a cash refund rather than use credit to book another time Alpine Answers will retain 2% of the total holiday cost to cover our operational and administrative costs.

Client Comments
" The staff were extremely good, helpful and enthusiastic. Food and accommodation were also very good. Everything about the package was very good apart from transport - would really prefer to avoid easyJet as it just takes the edge off the enjoyment. The direct descent to Club Med is a bit challenging for beginners but that is the only significant limitation. Sophia (Alpine Answers) was outstanding - immediately felt reassured by information given and clarity of advice. Felt we were dealing with a company we could trust. "

" The resort staff were very helpful and cheery. It's middle class Butlins but surprisingly fun! Ski lessons am and pm and lift passes are included - you meet other people from the hotel at your level. ESF were excellent and spoke good English too. Rooms are v small but the location is spot on. Having a pool and sauna is great and gives something sociable to do if the weather is too bad to ski, they also organise stretching etc. All in is just marvellous when you have huge starving teenage boys who also drink for England. A range of table sizes so you can choose how many for meals and the food is good. The evening entertainment is all done by the staff, the youngsters loved it. Ski in and out is fabulous and so convenient to have the ski shop in the hotel. Take your own sun cream we spent nearly 50 pounds on it in the hotel boutique! I'd definitely want to go back to Val d'Isere and also think about a similar set up in North America to see if we could get more reliable snow. But would it be as fun as France, who have no truck with the Health and Safety police. Thanks for organising this for us, it was my husband's first time skiing and since he liked it we'll be able to go again as a family. "

" The resort staff were extremely helpful and very friendly! The accommodation was exceptional and very luxurious. The food was fantastic, we had all our meals for the week at the Club Med. The ski equipment was ready and waiting in our private lockers. The ski instructors were organized and awaited on us. For a first time ski experience the Val d'Isere Club Med 5 Trident is a must! Magnificent!! Alice Howard (Alpine Answers) was outstanding - she made my life very easy! "
