Overview
The Atmosphere is an exciting new large residence built in the centre of Courchevel 1850 first opening its doors to guests in December 2025. This is a truly exceptional building defining a new style of luxurious mountain living within this iconic resort. Within its wood and glass facades, the residence offers spacious accommodation with a timelessly elegant design that marries traditional chalet architecture and the latest alpine design trends.
The 12 story building which is located on the edge of the piste and just 300 metres from La Croisette offers 18 luxury apartments and the impressive penthouse which we detail here. The ski and boot room opens directly to the piste so that guests can truly ski in and ski out. The top of the luge/toboggan track which leads down to Courchevel Village (300 metres below) is located just a few metres from the back door of the residence.
The lower floors offer a superb wellness area, complete with 22 metre indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna and relaxation area. There is also a gourmet restaurant and on-site concierge service making sure your stay is a unique and unforgettable experience.
On the 10th floor of the Atmosphere residence, the Penthouse offers 680 square metres of luxury and comfort over three floors, and can accommodate 15 people in 7 luxurious suites. The living area on the first floor features a fireplace lounge, a reception area with a bar and pool table, and a large kitchen and dining area. A gentle ambience fills the spaces, with a palette of colours drawn from nature, softly shaped furniture and textured materials.
This exceptional Penthouse property has its own private sauna, hot tub and massage room. Dedicated staff include a chef, housekeeper and butler are on hand to offer guests a unique experience.
