Chalet Genepy

The luxurious Chalet Genepy in Val d'Isere is finished to a really high standard. Built into the edge of the mountain with a rustic chalet style and modern design it really is a special property. The chalet is extremely spacious with lots of natural light coming through the large windows, and furnishings and decoration are modern and tasteful.

The ground floor features a wellness centre, with a hammam and good sized swimming pool with its own sound system, built into the rock face. There is a ski room with boot warmers and lockers. Three of the double bedrooms and the bunk room are also on this level. Two of the doubles are en-suite, whilst the third has a separate bathroom. The bunk room shares this bathroom - making it ideal for children to share. On the first floor there is a large open plan living and dining area with a spacious south facing balcony and welcoming fireplace. There is a separate TV area and the kitchen. Upstairs on the second floor, there are two further bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath and shower, and the other with a shower room.

The price shown for this chalet includes a 'contactless catering' service: As well as the rental of the chalet your food and drink for the week is provided and your cupboards and fridge stocked for your arrival. Included will be breakfast, snacks to take with you skiing, afternoon tea and cakes/snacks, pre-dinner eats plus a three course dinner on 6 out of 7 nights (this also includes a selection of after dinner cheeses, plus champagne for your first night, a kir for before dinner and unlimited wine and some beers). A delicious menu for the week is pre-planned, with a mix of ready prepared meals from a local delicatessen and easy to cook dishes or sides. All that will be required from you is to pop a few things in the oven and throw together a few ingredients to make a simple salad, or steam a few vegetables as sides to your main meal. Resort staff will also visit your chalet mid-week to give it a full clean and change of towels. However, this is done during the day when you're out on the slopes.
