Chalet d'Ambrumenil in Courchevel Village is located just 30 metres from the bottom of the home pistes and the Le Roys drag lift. The ski school, ski hire shop, main Grangettes gondola station (direct access to Courchevel 1850), ski pass office and tourist office are all within 100 metres. The location alone makes this one of the most sought-after chalets in resort. However, the property offers a lot more than simply an unbeatable position.

Converted from a eighteenth century farm building the chalet offers charm as well as comfort. Today there are six en-suite bedrooms (four with shower and two with bath) sleeping 12 adults, plus an additional 3 extra children beds taking the max occupancy to 15 guests. While the outside of the chalet is in keeping with the rustic local environment, the interior has been completely restored, and recently further enhanced for extra comfort.

The chalet is privately owned by an English family who treat it very much like their home in the Alps. It is furnished to a high standard, with some furniture being made especially for the property. As well as comfortable sofas and armchairs in the sitting room
there is a 'club fender' around the open log fireplace.

The chalet comes with staff (who live in) who will cook and clean for you.
