Chalet Pearl is a spacious property located in Briançon, Serre Chevalier, just a five minute drive from the Prorel ski lift and six minutes from the Ratier gondola in Chantemerle .
Spanning 250m² and accommodating up to 10 guests, the chalet features an outdoor hot tub, a cinema room and a pool table.
The chalet is laid out across three levels. The garden level houses three elegant double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room, and a room with two bunk beds and a private bathroom. The ground floor offers a boot room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge and dining area with a fireplace, and access to the terrace and outdoor hot tub. The mezzanine hosts the pool table.
A large, modern chalet set in a quiet cul-de-sac. Located roughly half-way between the lifts of Briançon and Chantemerle, it is convenient for whichever part of Serre Chevalier you want to ski and explore.
