A good value for money chalet hotel.
Season 2020-2021: If you book a holiday and it includes a flight then you have booked a package holiday and you are protected by the Package Travel Regulations. This means that if your accommodation cannot be provided you are either offered an alternative of the same quality, or a cash refund, or the chance to book again at a later date. As we have seen from experience any monetary refund may take a few months to be paid out but in the interim period your money is protected by the ATOL scheme. Bookings made 01st Feb 2021 onwards: If you cannot travel because of government travel restrictions and you choose to have a cash refund rather than use credit to book another time Alpine Answers will retain 2% of the total holiday cost to cover our operational and administrative costs.

Client Comments
" We had a great holiday, thank you. The weather was superb - sunshine every day and only one day with wind which resulted in lifts being closed for pedestrians. The hotel was really well set up for families (although not a place we would dream of staying as a couple!). The staff were really friendly and helpful - and we told them so. The ski school was very efficient (although a little inflexible and not encouraging shifting up classes for those who needed more of a challenge). The food was bit of a scrum with little children wandering around eating (or dropping) icecream - but, being selective, you could always find good food, well cooked and plentiful. The flights were fine (and we did have pre-allocated seats together on the way out and in family groups on the return). The transfers were slick and well controlled - but sadly a bit long on twisting mountain roads in the dark. Checking in was very easy. The hotel bus transfers to town were regular. Ski passes were a bonus. The bar was efficient but massively overwhelmed at rush hour. The entertainment (quizzes etc) was largely in French, but that didn't affect us at all. All in all a great place for a family holiday. "
