The Chalet Hotel Arlberghohe in St Christoph could not be in a more convenient spot bang in the middle of the world renowned Arlberg ski region in the resort of St Christoph. Location, location, location - the property is next door to the St Christophbahn ski lift whisks you straight to the Galzig Mountain from where you can access all the runs of St Anton, Stuben and Lech. It is adjacent to (and overlooking) the ski school and beginners' lifts, and most importantly for the gourmets amongst you, next to the famous Hospiz Alm - perfect for the ultimate Tyrolean lunchtime experience.

Very simply the Chalet Hotel Arlberghohe ticks all the boxes - short airport transfer; ski in - ski out location; six out of seven nights catering; spacious double rooms and family suites; a lovely terrace to enjoy an après ski drink; watch your children ski away to ski school in your dressing gown and close enough to enjoy the party atmosphere in St Anton. There is also a sauna to ease away the aches of a hard day's skiing. The whole ski area is very snow sure as the Arlberg is one of the snowiest regions in the Alps. What more could you ask for?

The Chalet Hotel Arlberghohe has 23 spacious bedrooms (from twin/doubles to suites/apartments sleeping up to 6 guests) arranged over three floors. All rooms are en-suite, and equipped with Wi-Fi and safe. Several have a balcony with spectacular views of the surrounding alpine scenery.

NB: This chalet is operated by a Dutch tour operator, who have been in the catered ski chalet business since 1977, operating 37 ski chalets in France, Austria and Italy.

The main difference between a 'normal' British-run chalet, which you will be familiar with, and the Dutch product is that afternoon tea and cakes are not included. However, house wine, beers, soft drinks, and tea and coffee are available and are included in the cost of your holiday.

Breakfasts will be continental in style with cheese, hams and bread, yogurt and fruit juices, tea and coffee.

Below are examples of typical evening dinners:

Starter: Basil bruschetta with fresh tomato and mozzarella.
Main: Meat loaf with roasted onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, pomme gratin, salad with red onion, cucumber, feta and olives.
Pud: Poached pears with chocolate mousse.

Or

Starter: Giant mushrooms stuffed with bacon and bleu d'Auvergne served with a warm 'Morzinoise' roll.
Main: Braised cod with a mustard cream sauce, mashed potatoes and roasted winter vegetables.
Pud: Warm pear apple crumb pie with ice cream.

Afternoon tea and cakes are not included in the cost of the holiday. If you would like to have afternoon tea and cakes you can pay a small supplement. Please call for details.
