Season 2020-2021: The deposit to book us 10% and the balance of your holiday is due 10 weeks prior to your departure. Should your holiday be cancelled for any of the reasons stated below, your balance is immediately fully refunded but your 10% deposit payment automatically converts to a voucher for future holidays with this chalet company. 1. If the FCDO (Foreign & Commonwealth Development Office or country specific equivalent) advise against travel (including non-essential travel) to France. 2. If you are required to quarantine upon arrival in France due to the laws and regulations of the French Government 3. If you are required to quarantine upon return to the country you are travelling from. 4. If the chalet you have booked has been forced to close due the laws and regulations of the French Government in that country, as well as any other local or public authority. 5. If France has closed its borders or is otherwise denying entry to visitors. Please note: the above Covid-19 related reasons must be in place at the time that your booking is due to take place. Your voucher is valid until the end of the following winter season (April 2022).
Chalet Marmotte in Meribel Village could not be better located. The main Golf chairlift is less than 50 metres away and the foot of the Lapin home piste brings you almost back to the chalet's door. With three twin/double bedrooms and a quad bunk room the accommodation is very flexible, suiting families with young children but also groups of friends.
The downstairs games/TV room with billiards table offers a great space for children whilst adults will enjoy the recently renovated main living area on the ground floor of the property.
When you arrive in resort you will be greeted by a member of resort staff and showed to your new self-catered home for the week. You will be helped with your luggage, and there will be a starter pack in your property including milk in your fridge and tea and coffee in the cupboard. Your ski passes will be ready and waiting so you can get up that mountain as quickly as possible and an in-resort team of staff will make sure you have everything you need.
There are a range of upgrades for self-catered guests. From mid-week property clean and a set-up shop to daily pastry deliveries and oven-ready meals (COOK are located in the resort to provide delicious oven-ready meals as part of a new improved self-catered extras service). These extras are designed to enhance your bespoke self-catered experience to suit your needs and to eliminate the hassle factor that is commonly associated with self-catering holidays.
