Client Comments

" The chalet was very good. The breakfasts were excellent as was the tea, and the on-site bar. The beds were pretty uncomfortable but to the usual French chalet standard. Overall an excellent chalet and an excellent location. The ski area is outstanding and the resort very good. Vallandry is a small with few apres-ski facilities but we knew that when we booked! We had the misfortune of having to use the medical facilities but they were absolutely superb. "

Ms S S

" The staff in the chalet were very helpful. When members of the group did not like what was on the menu for theat night the chef was happy to make something else for them. The stairs to the mezzanine on the rooms on the second floor are very steep, not suitable for the young or old. The standard of the wine was not good with the white being undrinkable. Boot and ski storage room is unheated so insides of the boots didn't dry out unless taken to your room. The chalet could not be in a better location, it is truely ski-in ski-out, with a short run to the Vallandry lift. The Vallandry lift didn't have any queues apart from around 3pm when people started heading back to the other side of the resort. It's very near the Vanoise Express to get to La Plagne for a day's skiing. Easy for all grades to ski back to after a day exporing the other areas. "

Mr M W

" The staff were very good, efficient and polite. This is the second time travelling with this tour operator and have been very pleased on both occasions with the level of service, quality of food and ski hosting. Althought the food was excellent, the wine was not as good as expected. Rooms were large, clean and warm and were of a decent level of comfort. This was a small resort next to the more popular resort of Les Arcs. Although the facilities were limited, the closeness to the main slopes of Les Arcs and the Vanoise Express to La Plagne made it superb for skiing. "
