The Barn

The Barn in Oberlech has a wonderful location overlooking the gentle ski slopes above the picturesque resort of Lech am Arlberg. The famous Chalet N is located just 50 metres away so guests staying at The Barn must surely know that they are staying in one of the Alps' premier addresses.

This first-class property offers 1,000 square metres of living space for 14 guests staying in seven bedrooms. Being located directly on the slopes of Oberlech means that guests can enjoy true ski in ski out access from the chalet's ski and boot room. The chalet has a separate games room with a pool table and this room can also be used as a meeting room or as a cinema room, using state of the art multimedia equipment.

The indoor spa has a swimming pool with stunning alpine views, sauna, steam room, gym, relaxation area and treatment room (for massages and beauty therapy sessions).

There is also a superbly stocked wine cellar with an interesting international collection of wines. These can be consumed at extra a la carte cost.

The large sitting room has been meticulously interior designed and offers a northern chic meets alpine luxury style. The property comes with housekeeping staff (twice a day), your own butler and private chef. Delicious breakfasts, afternoon teas and dinners are prepared to meet your own states. Your chef will provide dinners which can be from a fixed menu, a la carte, table buffet family-style or a themed evening with fondue or raclette.
