ABTA and ATOL bonding
Alpine Answers are fully bonded for your protection. We hold both an ABTA License (D4050) and an ATOL License (4791). As a ski travel agency we organise both package holidays and tailor made holidays and require an appropriate license to sell you each type of holiday.
When we act as an agent for tour operators, the air holidays and flights we sell are ATOL protected by the civil aviation authority. In this instance we act as a "retailer for an ATOL holder".
When we tailor make a holiday on your behalf the air holidays and flights booked are ATOL protected under our own license ATOL No 4791. The flight bookings we make are also ATOL protected. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the UK.
