Sauze d'Oulx resort guide - a general overview
Sauze d'Oulx situated on the Italian side of the Milky Way ski area is an extremely under rated resort and as a result the prices are very cheap. However, on closer inspection there are no reasons for its seeming lack of popularity. The nightlife although largely British in nature is first class and the ski area is large (over 400km of piste) varied and relatively snow sure. It also suits all standards although intermediate skiers and boarders will get the most out of it. Food on the slopes is pretty good (being Italian) and also very reasonably priced. There are a range of hotels and chalets in Sauze d'Oulx that will suit most tastes and budgets.
