Built in 1889, the Jerome is an historical landmark in Aspen and a member of The Leading Small Hotels of the World. It still retains its high Victorian decor and style of cherry wood, antique furnishings and chandeliers. The Jerome offers a relaxing ambience, luxurious Victoriana bedrooms and exquisite cuisine. The Hotel Jerome features particularly spacious guest rooms and suites, each individually decorated. Special touches include down pillows, DVD and a fully stocked mini-bar. Bathrooms offer oversized bathtubs.
There are two top-class restaurants, Jacobs Corner for breakfast and lunch and the signature Century Room for evening meals. Afternoon tea is served daily in the Library with delicious cakes. Maintaining its original 19th century style, the J-Bar interior exudes the same Western saloon flavour it had when local silver miners celebrated their good fortune. Today, Hollywood stars mingle with Aspen locals and visitors for good times.
One of the first hotels to be built in Aspen (1889). However, don't despair as it has been refurbished since then. Situated in the heart of the resort there is nothing lacking in creature comforts in this elegant landmark hotel.
