A good value for money chalet hotel.
Season 2020-2021: If you book a holiday and it includes a flight then you have booked a package holiday and you are protected by the Package Travel Regulations. This means that if your accommodation cannot be provided you are either offered an alternative of the same quality, or a cash refund, or the chance to book again at a later date. As we have seen from experience any monetary refund may take a few months to be paid out but in the interim period your money is protected by the ATOL scheme.
Overview
Club Med Aime in La Plagne is located in a ski in/ski out position facing a little known peak in the Alps, Mont Blanc. This hotel was completely renovated internally in 2005. They tried to keep hold of the essence of an alpine ski hotel so they have finished it with plenty of exposed wood and stone. This creates a lovely feeling to the property; you feel comfortable and at home which can be rare in a hotel of this size.
In a great location at the foot of the slopes, the Club Med Resort is a paradise for lovers of sport and the great outdoors. After perfecting your technique in the snow park, you'll be ready for the pistes of the north face of the Bellecote.
The Resort has 243 rooms divided between the main hotel building and annexe (the Montalbert).
Club Room: A functional Club room with simple and authentic comforts. Some rooms are interconnecting.
Deluxe Room: Spacious with lounge area and generous comforts. Terrace overlooking the slopes. These rooms are in the Montalbert hotel annex, which is connected to the main hotel by lift on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Alpine Answers Note: to compare the value of this 'all inclusive' package with other properties listed on our website you need to deduct the cost of ski pass, full day lessons (including lunchtime supervision), lunches, and bar drinks (any time of day or night) which are all included in the prices for this property. Adult extras as above cost approximately £650 and the child extras as above cost approximately £450. If you wish to compare the prices for this property against others please deduct these prices from the price shown below.
For those of you who have not worked it out this is a Club Med property. We are proud to be one of the UK's top selling Club Med agents as we believe in the product. Being all inclusive will not suit everyone but for families, beginners and those that have not been skiing for very long, it is hard to beat the appeal of Club Med and what they offer.

Client Comments
" The staff were very friendly and pleasant. A little bit over the top at times! Butlins on steroids! Would consider a smaller club med hotel next time, if it exists. It was very well organised etc. and the service/food was excellent but it was very busy at times. The ski area was very good for our family - lots of blues. A few more reds would have been good. Big ski area so plenty of ground to cover. We liked Rachael (Alpine Answers) she listened, understood our requirements and responded very quickly to questions etc. Thank you for your efficiency and service in organising a great holiday. "

" The resort staff were generally friendly and helpful; particular mentions to ski instructors and Kids Club helpers. All was exactly as promised and suited our needs (family, 2 children beginners, one experienced adult and one beginner adult). The accommodation was fine - a bit tired but location was wonderful, food varied and childcare/organisation was very slick. We loved the ski area. It had the perfect range of slopes for us; no one was bored. We were looking for lots of skiing and were not bothered about nightlife/apres/alpine architecture, though. We were recommended highly to use Alpine Answers by a good friend; your advice was knowledgeable and thorough. "
