This stunning penthouse apartment is set out over the top two floors of the modern Grand Soleil complex. Unfortunately we only go up to 5 stars with our rating system. This property probably merits 8 stars just to give you an idea of the opulence and luxury you can expect. Mind you, there is an 8 star price tag to match.
