Nestled in the Belvedere area of Courchevel 1650, surrounded by trees and exquisite mountain views, the chalet is a haven of tranquility. There are beautiful mountain trails and cross country pistes literally on you door step, the Granges Teleski (drag lift) is a short slide away, and at the end of the day you can ski straight to the door. The elegant interior of the chalet has been beautifully created by local mountaineer Isabelle Sullice - her love of light and nature shines through. The chalet is incredibly spacious and built on 4 levels with over 240 square metres of living space available. The chalet has 5 en-suite bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 10 adults or 12 with children. The two master suites on the 3rd and 4th floors are pure indulgence - their size and views speak for themselves. The third suite can either be a Kingsize double or twin and has 2 extra day beds which can be used for children and the remaining two bedrooms can either be made up as Queensize doubles or twins. Each bedroom has an individual 'mountain' theme. Bathrobes, towels, slippers, hairdryers and L'Occitane bath products are supplied in each bathroom. The large, open plan sitting room has a traditional log fire and the bespoke dining table commands centre stage in the dining area. On the lower ground floor there is a TV room with Satellite TV, PC with complimentary Broadband internet access and a large ski room with boot warmer and drying facilities. Airport transfers can be arranged at cost and there's a complimentary intra-resort service between 8am and 10pm. Their brand new fleet of 4 x 4 VW Caravelles all have leather interiors and DVD players. The chalet has a personal chef, chalet manager and house keeper. Darkoum is a four storey, freestanding chalet containing three comfortable apartments (Darkoum A, B and C) with a high ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms. For skiing, Darkoum is well positioned just across the road from the gentle Bellecote piste, making it almost ski-in/ski-out and perfect for families. Darkoum B is perfectly suited to families but would also be good for three couples. Spread over a single floor, the living area is generous and the second double room allows you to invite grandparents or aunts and uncles while the fourth, single room allows flexibility for children to have their own rooms. The spacious open plan living and dining area with log fireplace has dramatic views down the mountain. Outside is a large balcony, ideal for soaking up the views in the warmer months. Maisonnee A has been completely refurbished to provide a very comfortable and luxurious chalet in the Chenus area of Courchevel 1850. The sitting room has been furnished with lovely dark colours giving it a very warm and cosy feeling, which is enhanced by the open fire. There is a separate plasma home cinema area with a sofa and floor cushions to keep children occupied for hours. Leading off the sitting room are doors opening onto a large sun terrace over looking the piste. There is also a hammam (steam room). This chalet is a stone's throw away from the slopes and it is situated approximately 5 to 10 minutes away from the resort centre. Chalet Cristal de Roche is a chalet apartment that successfully combines character with convenience and the most outstanding views. Only a few moments walk from the centre of the bustling village, Cristal de Roche boasts the best views of any property or hotel in Courchevel 1850. It looks over the village and on to the valley of Bozel and Pralognan opposite. The chalet is almost ski in/ski out - across the road is a blue piste giving access to the Plantrey chairlift and the main lift station is only 200 metres down the road. This beautiful penthouse apartment is on the second and third floors and boasts an open plan sitting and dining room with a double height, vaulted ceiling giving a real feeling of space. There is a huge fireplace with a crackling log fire and a large balcony from where you can admire the breathtaking view by day or night. Above the sitting room is a galleried mezzanine and games area giving some space for children to play or watch TV in peace. The wood panelling throughout lends an authentic and homely chalet style and a warm ambience for a luxury skiing holiday. The bedrooms are relatively small but each has it's own en-suite bath or shower room (most were refurbished last year). The two bedrooms on the upper floor, including the master are situated under the eaves. The two bedrooms downstairs have their own bathrooms and share a wc and due to their character, ceiling heights are fairly low. All beds are built-in. The ski and boot locker (with boot warmers) is located in the communal area downstairs. Access to the chalet is via a staircase on the second floor. Please note there is no lift. The chalet is best suited to 6 people, although it can sleep up to 8.
