Friendly and lively ski village with access to the World renowned Three Valleys
Chalets Courchevel 1650, hotels Courchevel 1650, ski holidays Courchevel 1650
Courchevel 1650 is a friendly village ski resort with excellent and convenient access to some of the best skiing in the world. Many would argue that this is le vrai Courchevel, with its year round population and atmosphere of the farming community it once was. The skiing is an intermediate paradise although in order to explore the rest of the Three Vallees, a bit more effort is required to get over the valley into Courchevel 1850's area before heading onto Meribel. Staying in Courchevel 1650 offers better value for money than its higher neighbour, and amenities are good.

Resort Restaurants
The restaurant in the hotel Seizena comes highly recommended as do; the Eterlou, Montagne and the Petit Savoyard.
Mountain Restaurants
There is plenty to offer most palates and pockets in such an international ski area. In 1650 the Bel Air comes highly recommended as does the Casserole. In Courchevel 1850 there are plenty of very expensive silver service restaurants; Cap Horn and chalet de Pierres are a couple, others to try are the Bergerie, the Verdons, La Soucoupe, and the Panoramic. We would however recommend checking the prices in most restaurants as we don't want a heart attack on our hands and do reserve a table if you are going for a long lunch.
Apres Ski
The Bubble bar is a fun place with Satellite TV, internet access, cheap bar prices, a happy hour and bands playing live music on a regular basis. Other places to try are Rock's in the chalet hotel Les Avals, where a largely British crowd gather; Remonte Pente a tiny French bar.
Nightlife
The Space bar has pool tables and regular live music and finally the local night club La Godille will also keep you going til the early hours.

Ski Hire Shops
| Location | Name | Stars | Discount | Promo Code |
| A | Serge Sports | Up to 45% | AlpineAnswers | |
| B | Skiset Hotel du Golf | Up to 45% | AlpineAnswers |
The star rating for the ski hire shops is an indication of the level of service; quality and variety of stock, and the space and decor of the shop. It is also a reflection on the price. A five star rated shop will offer great service and equipment but also will charge the highest price. Ski hire shops with a two star rating have less variety and older, poorer quality of stock but are cheapest.
