Le Hameau Albert 1er (Relais & Chateau) is in our opinion one of the finest hotels in the Alps led by its exquisite restaurant awarded with 2 Michelin stars. Set in its own grounds and consisting of various buildings from the original hotel, to the new chalet style Ferme, to the small chalet Soli. The main hotel has 21 completely rooms fifteen of which were renovated in 2004. The remaining six smaller rooms were last renovated in 1997. The Ferme, a relatively new concept, is a chalet style building incorporating a further 12 beautifully appointed rooms which combine the old with the new. Traditional wood throughout combined with mod cons such as whirpool spa baths and fireplace. Finally, the complex boasts a delightful chalet that can sleep up to 6 people with its own sauna, massive lounge, fireplace, and 2 ensuite bedrooms. This makes an ideal place for a family to stay.
Facilities
Fitness centre with musculation and cardio training machine, climbing wall, Turkish bath, beauty and body care with a physiotherapist and beautician (on appointment). Other facilities available to guests include a fitness centre, beauty treatments, massage, indoor/outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

The star rating for the ski hire shops is an indication of the level of service; quality and variety of stock, and the space and decor of the shop. It is also a reflection on the price.
